Foundered by Australian school teacher, yoga instructor and antenatal educator, Every Woman Meditations using a range of mind-body techniques and visualisations to ensure you have an optimally positive emotion "bank". About the creator: Alecia's busy lifestyle as a teacher, business owner at Shivaya Therapies, mother-of-three, along with her experience with yoga, meditation, mindfulness and hypnotherapy saw the need for her to design an app for busy women who need to unwind, restore balance and be able to cope better with life's daily demands.
